Guests/Visitors
1Gate entry & exit when visiting?
The Hamiltair Patrol Service operates 24x7, however, when patrolling or otherwise engaged there is an automated kiosk that allows dialing by resident name. Once connected the resident may open the gate for you.
2Where should I park?
When parking on the residents property you are visiting is not possible, there is limited street parking on the non-lakefront side of our streets (watch for signs).
3Enjoying the docks & the lake?
All of our docks are privately owned by residents and subject to a courteous use by all. Please only access the dock(s) owned or shared by the resident you are visiting, pick up after yourself, & always accommodate others so that we may all share the fun! As for the Lake, we have two private beaches for Hamiltair residents & their guests - one near the gate & the other at the far end of Hamiltair.

Hamiltair enforces a Mon - Sat 7am - 6pm policy for the benefit of all residents & the enjoyment of our mountain areas.
2Where should I park?
When parking on the residents property you are visiting is not possible, there is limited street parking on the non-lakefront side of our streets (watch for signs). Please be aware of other residents properties & unnecessarily impeding their access or use.
3Gate entry & exit procedure?
All trades & vendors expecting to visit more than once or twice need register with the Hamiltair Patrol Service at the main Gatehouse. Additionally, when visiting please make clear which resident you are working on behalf of.

1Arranging showings?
Please coordinate with the Hamiltair Patrol Service for all visiting guests that may be viewing properties within Hamiltair. Additionally, be sure to inform your guests to park & visit as courteously as possible for everyones enjoyment.
2Days & hours for showings?
The very same as employed for Trades & Vendors, with the added use of Sunday from 7am - 6pm.
